a pleasant stay
spacious room polite staff peaceful hotel
the rooms were very spacious! the staff was polite. i found the hotel to be peaceful. the rooms were also very clean. i enjoyed the tranquility there.
the limited menu for room dining was quite expensive, and the taste of the food wasn't amazing.

the beautiful polo view room included a king-sized bed and separate seating area. the bathroom featured premium toiletries and a walk-in shower. the air conditioning was effective and quiet, so we rested very well.

Fantastic Hotel with Excellent Service
generous room appealing design helpful reception
I appreciated the generous room size and the appealing design of the hotel and pool. I plan to return soon, hopefully for a longer visit, as it is relaxing. The helpful ladies at reception were lovely. I especially appreciated Cherry and her colleague.

The hotel features many things to do in stables and has a colonial style with horses and polo themes. The hotel included sport areas. I noticed a very nice and big pool for people to enjoy. The hotel is also dog friendly.

The location is peaceful and distant from disturbances, which provides a change of pace. The hotel's position was convenient for our needs, as we preferred the bit remote side from the hustle.

The staff maintained a calm and cute presence. The check-in process was smooth and efficient. Some receptionists are the same people, who will drop you to the villas, helpful, especially if you need assistance with directions.

a charming escape!!!
warm welcome spacious room equestrian center polo matches
i found this place exceeded my expectations. i received a warm welcome early in the morning and was offered tea. my luggage got delivered promptly to my spacious room overlooking the polo field. the equestrian center was right next door, allowing me to watch polo practice and championship matches. i enjoyed the entertainment too!
the gym was rather small, i thought, especially considering the beautiful, spacious building.

staff members greeted me warmly upon arrival, even at 2:00 am. the team efficiently managed luggage delivery to my room, a gesture i found very accommodating. many guests have commented on attentive staff.
